President and COO, Holman Enterprises
Chris’ strategic vision for leveraging Holman’s truly unique core competencies across the company’s diverse collection of automotive-centric businesses is driven by his profound understanding of our customers’ needs and his extensive experience, spanning multiple countries and business units. He joined ARI’s Canadian client services team in 1994 and then went on to serve in a variety of roles in the U.S. and Canada. Chris became Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of ARI’s Canadian business and then served as President of ARI from 2015 to 2018 where he was the key architect of ARI’s expansion into the European market. Today, Chris provides executive oversight to all of Holman Enterprises’ operating companies who deliver innovative, technology-driven automotive solutions to commercial and consumer segments around the globe. Chris attended the University of Ottawa and the Queen’s School of Business.
President, Manufacturing & Distribution
The evidence of Auto Truck Group’s growth across decades and generations can be seen in the work that Pete does every day in his role as president. Pete began his career with Auto Truck in 1998 as an industrial engineer, moving into sales before taking over as Vice President of Operations in 2013. He was named President of Auto Truck Group in 2017, overseeing production across all of Auto Truck’s and Kargo Master’s facilities throughout North America, which includes 3 manufacturing locations, 17 vehicle production facilities, 2 distribution warehouses and over 1000 employees. Pete also oversees Holman Parts Distribution, the organization’s national distributor of OEM powertrain solutions and logistics provider, helping to maximize the natural synergies between these businesses. Pete holds his BS in industrial engineering from Purdue University and his MBA in finance from the University of Illinois. He also participates in the Young Presidents Organization—Windy City Chapter, and is a Level 3 Certified Coach with Chicago USA Hockey.
Vice President, Regional Engineering
Corey stands as an example of the passion and innovation that our employees put into their careers. He has been with Auto Truck Group since 2003, beginning as a member of our fleet team and advancing into the role of Director of Fleet Operations before moving into sales in 2014. Corey took over as Vice President of Sales in 2016, and has since concentrated on enhancing Auto Truck’s sales offerings across the country, using his experience in both fleet and sales to offer more products and opportunities to our customers. Corey has a BS in communication studies from University of Iowa and an MBA in finance from Elmhurst College.
John T. Hart
Vice President, Operations
John brings over 15 years of experience in the transportation sector to Auto Truck Group, strengthening our core through a commitment to the industry and its continuous improvement. John joined our team at the Vice President of Operations in 2017 with a background in finance and operations that includes more than 10 years with CSX Transportation in Jacksonville, Florida. Since joining us in Bartlett, John has poured his passion and knowledge into everything from supply chain and safety to purchasing, scheduling and employee affairs. John has his BA in business administration from Franklin & Marshall College and an MBA from the University of Florida.
Vice President, Finance & Administration
Brad’s commitment to Auto Truck Group and dedicated experience has been a source of trust and support through the years of growth and transition within the company. He came to Auto Truck in 2012, joining us as the Director of Finance until being promoted to his current role at in 2013. Prior to this, Brad spent 18 years with the Sara Lee Corporation in various roles including Vice President of Financial Planning & analysis. With this experience, Brad is able to provide Auto Truck with the tools needed to invest in tomorrow, growing our offerings for the customer and the industry. Brad has an MBA from Northern Illinois University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
Executive Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer
Rick delivers value to our clients by creating unification, synergy, and mutual vision across decentralized global teams. Since joining the company in 2010, Rick has held the positions of Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and Senior Vice President and General Manager, Canada. Today, Rick is Chief Commercial Officer for Holman’s three commercial businesses — ARI, Auto Truck Group, and Holman Parts Distribution – where he is responsible for new business development and client relations activity globally. Today, Rick serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Holman Enterprises, responsible for the strategy and execution of our global marketing efforts. Prior to joining ARI, Rick served in leadership roles for Molson Coors, Ocean Spray International, and Unilever Canada. Rick has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto and has completed the Queen’s University Executive Development Program.
